HOW DO I PLAY HALO INFINITE SPLIT-SCREEN ON MY COMPUTER?
Everyone who wants to play Halo Infinite split-screen must first create an Xbox account. Currently, guest accounts are ineligible for use in Halo Infinite.
To play split-screen in any multiplayer mode, follow these steps:
- A second Xbox controller should be turned on. Make sure your Xbox controller is connected to your console.
On that controller, press the Menu button. - Use the second controller to log into a second Xbox account.
- The second player will be added to your Fireteam locally and will automatically join you in any split-screen multiplayer mode.
HALO INFINITE SPLIT-SCREEN SUPPORTS HOW MANY PLAYERS?
The number of buddies you can play Halo Infinite split-screen with at the same time is determined by the Xbox system you’re using and the game mode you intend to play.
Split-screen is supported by standard Xbox One consoles for a maximum of two players.
In the eight-player game modes on Xbox Series X|S consoles, up to four people can play split-screen, while only two players can play split-screen in Big Team Battle.
343 Industries may make changes to these player limits in the future, however, for the time being, Halo Infinite split-screen functionality is limited.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLAY HALO INFINITE SPLIT-SCREEN ON A COMPUTER?
On the PC, Halo Infinite currently does not support split-screen. You can only use one Microsoft account at a time on Steam. As a result, completing the steps required to enable the split-screen feature is not feasible.
Split-screen on the PC, on the other hand, is not completely ruled out in the future. Because Halo Infinite is still in beta, it’s likely that a patch will be released that makes split-screen play more accessible. After all, the Halo Infinite campaign’s co-op has been postponed until 2022, perhaps to allow the devs more time to master split-screen?
